Appeal

Tutors review and respond to grade appeals submitted by learners.

Appeal flow

After grading, learners can submit a grade appeal during the appeal window. The tutor reviews the appeal and either accepts or rejects it.

If accepted:

  • For questions without an answer key: the learner's answer is re-graded manually.
  • For questions with an answer key: the tutor corrects or adds to the answer key, and all affected questions are re-graded automatically.

Once re-grading is complete, the score is finalized after a set period.
